Following is feedback posted by visitors to this property:Lovely place, so much more comfortable than a hotel or motel for the same price, and great to sit on the deck with a local wine and take in the view.

Although the weekend we visited Napier was extremely rainy and dismal, our stay at the Grange was anything but! Don and Ros (our hosts) made us extremely welcome and Ros even braved the rain and took my daughters for a tour of the farm where they got to milk the goat and fed the pigs and cows. The lodge was spacious, clean, comfortable, and very well equipped (a very nice touch was the home baking and full fruit bowl and goats milk to try!) The girls loved the adventure of sleeping in the loft. We would recommend the Grange for those who want a bit more than a motel experience. It would have been wonderful to use the BBQ and large deck with beautiful views of the Esk Valley had the weather been more suitable!!!

The Grange was lovely: good location, attractive accommodation and very friendly, helpful hosts. The children got to help milk the goats, enjoyed playing with the dogs, and loved sleeping in the loft.
