Feedback
Following is feedback posted by visitors to this property:We stayed at the crown on labour day on our way from gisborne back to wellington. Lovely room with great sea views. Great clean decor and a convenient walk to the cafes etc of ahuriri. One of the better hotels i've stayed at recently. Wifi worked.

I stay here on anzac day in a heritage studio suite.i got their just before 6pm and missed a movie i wanted to see at their theater.it would off being nice to know that one was starting.the minibar was extensive but their was a dirty knife in the draw.i was going to put a robe on but found a black hair in the robe.not good for a 5 star hotel.i had dinner in the milk and honey restaurant.the chef play it too safe with the meals.meals lacked spice and seasoning.the starters lack presentation. However the steak i had with the cold salsa beans was really nice.the trifle pudding lack imagination, with lack of layers presentation and a too shorter glass.the breakfast omelet was huge with too much bacon.the room was nice i stayed in but needs a luggage holder.internet around $25 for 2gb was great value.get to the car park before 5pm if you want undercover.staff were very friendly.even though was room was around the back i was woken with noise with cars and trucks.4 or 4.5 star not 5.
