Our excellent guide suggested we use the 4W Land Rover rather than the Argo as rain was threatened. This was a good move, as the ride waist likely one comfortable Our guide expertly led us up precarious paths towards the glacier which we climbed up to with quite some effort, and lots of help from our guide. This excursion is highly recommended but be aware that the ride is very bumpy and not for people with neck, back or other bone /muscular problems.

Amazing must do experience
Awesome trip, had grandkids over from UK, our guide was so great with the boys and the fact he came from Nepal added so much to the adventure,we saw him the next day and he remembered their names which they loved.

LOVED IT!!
This was a great little tour that is so much fun and gets you very close to the glacier. Our guide was so brilliant and knew so much about the area as he was a local. Highly recommend doing this if you are in Mount Cook

A lot of fun
An amazing albeit bumpy ride to the face of a glacier. View of glacier demands a steep rocky climb but well worth the effort. Dress for all conditions.
