Following is feedback posted by visitors to this property:Excellent stay as usual. We have stayed here 3 times in the last 3 years and have always found it to be a wonderful place just far enough out of town to be quiet and peaceful and close enough to walk into town, yep glasgow street is steep but a great cardio workout. We have never had any problem with this unit and it has always been clean and fresh and has nearly anything you need at a very moderate price. Excellent view out front and well warmed on cold days. If i had a criticism it would be that the treated pine steps up to the car parking are nearing the end of their life and will need replacing sooner rather than later . All n all a marvelous place to stay and we will definitely be returning and recommending it to our friends. Cheers mike .

Dirty smelly pillows and beddings. Very uncomfortable beautiful views from the lounge.

Great value and we would certainly come back, with a few little touches (a new sofa to replace the old one would be great) this could easily justify a much higher price. The only warning I would add is the same as previous reviewers, Glasgow St is very steep and so if you have old/disabled guests then it may not be suitable. The actual walk from town is quite short but far enough away that you won't be disturbed by noise. The view is sensational and facilities are all there even if a little basic but for the price you can't fault it :)

We loved, loved, loved our holiday in this unit! It was great value for money-clean, tidy, quiet and well appointed. We stayed over the crazy New Year period and found it perfect for our needs. Our teenage boys found it easy walking distance to party central...as did we! The only thing we missed was a bbq-had awesome bbq weather!) Us oldies had the perfect spot for viewing the fireworks-awesome! We holiday in Arrowtown for 2 weeks each January and this was the first time we have ventured back to Queenstown in almost 20 years-and we had so much fun we want to do it again!!! We thoroughly recommend Unit 4-as do many of our friends who came to visit-we will book again!

The unit view was good and the kitchen facility was good otherwise it was its not worth staying there. The couch and cushions in lounge was so dirty and dusty,if you sit on it u start itching. The curtains were so dusty and dirty. The kids bunk bed was full of dust,i won't recommend for kids and adult who have asthma or wheezing.Even the queen size bed was dusty. We'll not choose this accomodation again and won't recommend to other people.
