Following is feedback posted by visitors to this property:Tidy and comfortable rooms. Well priced. Only downfall was out shower. It was an open shower and it just made the whole bathroom floor wet. Would go back. .

Very stylish. Superb accommodations. The room was well appointed and thoughtfully equipped. The staff was helpful and eager to help with all requests. My booking did not show up but the mistake was sorted out with no trouble. Always best to phone ahead. The scenic location was a little difficult to find but was a first rate place. It was winter when i was there and some of the restaurants were closed but the bistro that was open served wholesome well prepared food. No facility is perfect but beware. 20 cm of snow fell over night and because of where the hotel campus, the conglomeration of buildings that comprise the "village" is situated the short road was impassable. The snow had to be cleared by hotel staff with shovels. Even if you have chain for the mere 200 meter drive other drivers may not. All in all it was a pleasant stay. If i return to queenstown i will book there.

Lovely hotel bit disappointed the outdoor balcony was a non event. Too small to even sit on. Also our bath didn't drain properly when having a shower asked maintenance to look at it but wasn't fixed whilst we were there. Loved the movie theatre and facilities. No face cloths in our room but overall good value for money.
