A private back courtyard with table and chairs and a front garden (also with el fresco dining) shaded by a beautiful pohutakawa tree and a sunken bathtub to soak in, finishes the deal.

The cottage sits right on the beach and offers amazing views across the harbour to Wellington, Petone or south to the Cook Strait. You'll wake in the morning - revigorated and refreshed listening to the sound of waves lapping on the beach. After breakfast, you can stroll north down the beach to Eastbourne Village and Days Bay shops, galleries, cafes and restaurants or wander south to Pencarrow Track and check out the two lighhouses, lakes or the local sea life. Straight ahead of you (approx 30 feet!), is one of the safest beaches on the harbour. Lower Hutt and Wellington cities are both just around the corner with their many and various attractions.
