Dunalistair House is an award winning contemporary style holiday home located at The Kinloch Club, overlooking the only Jack Nicklaus Golf Course in New Zealand. It offers privacy, yet with uninterrupted views of the 3rd and 4th holes with a stunning outlook towards the hills behind the town of Kinloch, and Lake Taupo in the distance. The home contains four ensuite bedrooms with all being extremely well proportioned containing Californian Super King beds (which can be split into twin beds if necessary).

The entertaining areas are extremely generous with large stacking doors opening out to the golf course to the front of the house, and the landscaped gardens to the back. A 2.5m x 1.5m schist stone gas fireplace is an impressive feature of the living room, with vertical cedar boards continuing inside the house from the exterior cladding, adding an incredible indoor / outdoor feel to the character of the home.

The kitchen is extremely well appointed with a 5 burner gas hob and electric oven, along with integrated dishwasher and French door fridge with ample of space to contain holiday food supplies. There is also a wine / beer cooler in the pantry.

A media room with 50inch flat screen plasma screen, includes a movie and media library for rainy days, and wireless internet access is available throughout the home.
