Dalbeth B & B and Farm Stay is situated on a 10 acre lifestyle block just 12 minutes drive from the center of Rotorua City.
We have one studio unit with a lounge, bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower, toilet and hand basin. This unit is situated at the end of our house and does not have internal access to our living area. It is private with excellent parking available immediately out side your unit. It has a table and two chairs, TV,couch, refrigerator,coffee table and the usual things required to make coffee, tea etc. Plates and cutlery are also supplied. We usually serve breakfast (continental and/or cooked breakfast included in your tariff) in our dining room but it can be delivered to your unit if you require this.
There are usually cows (some times calves), sheep (lambs in spring), and hens for guests to look at and sometimes to feed of they wish to. Because this is a working farm, albeit a small one,we do ask guests to check with us first before walking over the fields. This is for their safety and for the benefit of the animals.
Trout fishing opportunities are available close to this B & B.
We are members of the B & B Association New Zealand.
