Ground floor apartment in a private house. We have a Queen room and a Double bedroom with a single bed. We only take one booking per night and can sleep up to five. Your hosts are Chris and Colin Cruickshank and their cats Badger and Conrad. The cats don't venture down the stairs when guests are about, sorry they are a bit shy.
Our home is in a very quiet, peaceful, rural setting with stunning sea views. Magpie Gallery is part of the apartment and contains the kitchen and dining table. Coffee and tea making facilities are and there, as are the TV and DVD player. Continental Breakfast is included in tariff.
Five minutes from Leigh and the Sawmill Cafe and fifteen minutes from Matakana.
The famous Goat Island is a few minutes away and here you can snorkel, cruise on the Glass Bottom Boat or visit the Marine Discovery Centre.

Chris and colin made us very welcome in their beautiful home and gallery. The views from our bedroom were exceptional and enhanced the peace and tranquility of our stay. The fresh fruit from the garden were a delicious addition to the breakfast. All in all wonderful introduction to new zealand hospitality on our first visit to the island. Thank you both.
