Bird sanctuary next door was brilliant

Good!

Very good
Clean and tidy, quiet with caretaker on site for security. Facing parkland, it feels like you are parked in the car park. This didn't matter to us.
Rating: 4 - FAY WONG, Apr 2013

Tidy, clean camp ground - and so reasonable!
This is a very pleasant, small campground. Basic facilities, very clean, Unlimited Hot Water for shower (Yay!). Some nice touches (fresh flowers in the women's bathroom, a few old books in the kitchen if you need something to read. The rates are cheap. Only downside, no playground, although swimming pool just around the corner with cheap admission (2 min walk). And there is a big sports field next door if you have some gear to play cricket or something, or just for the kids to run around. Amazing to hear the birds singing at dusk and the kiwi calling at night. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable.
A clean and tidy place. Basic amenities but sufficient for a simple one night stay. Reasonable price.
