The cottage contains many original features including old totara and matai floors, wood panelling in the lounge and hallway, exposed wooden feature walls in the front bedrooms and a narrow, hand carved totara staircase.
French doors from the dining room open onto a private sheltered deck with outside table, seating for six and a gas BBQ. This area is perfect for outdoor entertaining at any time of year.
The narrow, steep stairs to the attic and the historic nature of the cottage mean it is not suitable for small children.
The cottage is just five minutes walk to Martinborough Square, restaurants, cafes and wineries.
