Great place to stay while in dunedin, right next to st clair beach, beautiful older style building, large apt style and very bright. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming, in a nice area with cafes and restaurants, feels almost like a nz version of manly in some ways, awesome, will definitely come back, cheers.
