3 good sized bedrooms (2 queen and 2 single beds) sleeps up to 6 guests in comfort. All beds have electric blankets. Portacot (cot & mattress only - guests need to bring own bedding) & high chair available for guests' use.

Large open plan lounge/dining/kitchen. Kitchen has dishwasher, wall oven and bench top cooking hob. Laundry cupboard with washing machine and outside clothes line. Woodburner fire with wet back to boost hotwater supply.

Oil fin heaters throughout.

Continental breakfast provisions provided - tea/coffee/sugar, cereal, jams & margarine, S & P, fresh milk and toast loaf. Milk & toast loaf may not always be available for short notice bookings.

Short walking distance to The Square with its cafes, restaurants, pubs etc, swimming pool, vineyards and movie theatre. Short drive to other vineyards, golf course etc.

Abigail Cottage is available for SINGLE NIGHT bookings for which a $20.00 cleaning fee is payable - however for SPECIAL EVENTS WEEKENDS such as Toast Martinborough, Martinborough Fair, Concert weekends, long holiday weekends etc a minimum requirement of 2 nights bookings apply.

Summer - 1 October to 31 May

$45.00 each additional adult
$20.00 infants/children up to and including 12 years.

Winter - 6 June to 30 September

$160.00 first two adults
$40.00 each additional adult
$20.00 infants/children up to and including 12 years.
