ZORB Rotorua is the home of this iconic activity invented right here back in 1997! If you are in to the genuine thing, this is it!! Blast down the FAST track with up to two other friends, or take on the washing machine action of the ZigZag, something like a cross between a water slide and a roller coaster. If that's not enough, are you brave enough to take on the worlds only DROP track. Whatever it is you are in to, young or old, adventurous or nervous, there's something for everyone at the Worlds first and Only Original ZORB! Once you've finished your rides, or even in between jump in our hot pool and unwind while
Located just minutes from Central Rotorua, we offer courtesy pick ups from I-site or direct from your central accommodation, or you can make your way out yourself. Located opposite the Agrodome tucked away behind the trees in a safe and secure location, we're easy to find.
Want to capture your experience, bring your own waterproof camera or we have 4k cameras for hire, we'll even load the footage on to your own SD, mini SD or USB for you.
Zorb is proudly Outdoors Mark and Qualmark certified. This means we have been independently audited to ensure we meet strict safety guidelines and deliver a quality experience. You can be sure you'll have a fun, safe and enjoyable experience at ZORB.
If you're coming with a group our specially designed Zorbulator means globes are quickly relocated to the top of the hill meaning less turn around time. We're happy to provide a BBQ for groups so you can relax by the hot pool with a freshly cooked sausage and some world famous kiwi tomato sauce!
ZYDRO Ride
The ZYDRO ride is our wildest ride. We throw you and a few litres of water (warm in winter, cool in summer) in our original ZORB globe, and send you slipping, sliding, and spinning down our hill. Described as a cross between a water-slide and a roller-coaster, you have multiple ride options to get your adrenaline fix! Ride solo or with up to two friends down our straight track; or go wild solo or with a friend down our Zig-Zag or take on the worlds only Drop track all on your own. Something for everyone ? but remember to bring a change of clothes (or swim wear) as you will get wet! (Swimwear is available for hire if required).
