At Woodlands Motels and Apartments, we have a range of units to suit your needs. Spacious purpose built self-contained one and two bedroom motels and apartments.
All units are self-contained with seperate kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, tea / coffee making facilities. All units have a clothes washer and clothes drier, iron etc. Units cater for singles, couples, families or groups, sleeping from one person up to eight in each unit.
Relax in spacious purpose built motels and apartments, surrounded by established gardens in a park-like setting. A BBQ area and children's playground is available for guests.
Located on State Highway 1 in the city adjacent to the University and 200m from Dunedin's main street. Close to shops, hospital, cafes and restaurant.
Check-in hours are between 1400 and 1800hrs, although outside of these hours can be arranged by prior arrangement. Check-out is 1000hrs.

Following is feedback posted by visitors to this property:While the buildings are a bit dated, the unusual design with a loft bedroom has a lot of character. I really enjoyed the change from the standard modern motel room. I also enjoyed the woodland setting. Birds chirping in the morning. It didn't feel like we were in a city. Had a great relaxing time.

Enjoyed our stay there, Room was really spacious and well appointed although a bit dated. There was a nice outside seating area as well. We were visiting for the National HOG Rally and had a great time.

Stayed here for 2 nights and were very disappointed that it was not until the end of the 2nd day once we asked that the room was serviced, they had no intention of doing it. The one tv was very small and the unitnwas very dated and shabby - would not stay again
