Willowbrook offers both Bed & Breakfast and Self-Catering accommodation in an idyllic, rural location below Coronet Peak skifield in the heart of the beautiful Wakatipu Basin. Surrounded by majestic alpine scenery, we are only 15 minutes from the bright lights of Queenstown and 5 minutes from the quaint and historical settlement of Arrowtown and The Hills course - home of the NZ Open Golf Championship. Award - winning Millbrook Resort is also close by (just three minutes' drive from the front gate of Willowbrook) and we are within easy reach of 5 skifields and 4 very picturesque golf courses. The four acres of mature garden surrounding the Main House of Willowbrook contain a tennis court, a luxurious spa pool and some very friendly sheep.

The MAIN HOUSE, built in 1914, has been lovingly renovated and now features modern comforts such as central heating, ensuite bathrooms, free wireless internet and Sky TV. The lounge has an open fire, sofas, guest computer, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities.

There are three double rooms in the Main House:
? Super king bed with ensuite bathroom (shower, wash basin and toilet);
? Queen bed with ensuite bathroom (shower, wash basin and toilet);
? Twin king single beds with private bathroom (shower, bathtub, wash basin and toilet).

Electric blankets are standard and each room has a hair dryer and radio alarm. The super king and twin single rooms can accommodate a rollaway bed (extra charge) in case a party of three does not wish to be separated. A delicious continental breakfast of juice, peeled and sliced fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, homemade bread and tea or coffee is included in the room rate in the Main House and is served in the dining area by the fire in the guest lounge. Sky TV, free Wifi and a computer are provided for our guests' comfort and entertainment. As agents for most of the local operators, we can answer your questions and make bookings for you.

Our self-catering accommodation comprises The BARN, The COTTAGE and HIDEAWAY STUDIOS. All are within the gardens of Willowbrook only a short distance from The Main House.

The BARN is a tastefully renovated hay barn consisting of two very large rooms and one bathroom. The larger of the two rooms is set out in studio-apartment style with a super king bed, ensuite bathroom, lounge/dining area with tables, chairs and sofas and a fully equipped kitchenette with cooktop, microwave oven, toaster, electric jug, coffee plunger and plenty of fridge space. Through a connecting door is The Annex which has twin single beds and two bunk beds (and shares the bathroom of the main room). There is a covered deck with gas barbecue and the property has Sky TV + DVD, free wireless internet and powerful gas heating. Maximum occupancy is 6.

The COTTAGE provides delightfully comfortable accommodation for 4 (max 5) people. It has queen and twin bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom (one with large wet area and bathtub). The twin room can accommodate a rollaway bed (extra charge). Underfloor heating throughout keeps the polished concrete floors warm to the touch and full kitchen and laundry facilities give all the conveniences of home. The Cottage has free wireless internet, Sky TV + DVD and a gas barbecue on the sundeck which surrounds The Cottage. Views are up to Coronet Peak and over wetlands to the west. Maximum occupancy is 5 persons.

HIDEAWAY STUDIOS are our newest accommodation option. Beautifully appointed and very spacious (8m x 6 m), each studio has a queen bed with underfloor heating in the ensuite bathroom. There is a superbly-equipped kitchenette with dining table, chairs and sofa* and a covered deck with barbecue. The studios have Sky TV and DVD player and free Wifi is available throughout Willowbrook. A laundry/ski drying room is provided in the same building. *The sofa contains a comfortable double bed for up to two extra persons. Maximum occupancy is 4 persons.

All of our self-catering properties have their own adjacent parking space and are only a short walk from the Main House.
