Waldorf St. Martins offers 4.5 star self-contained apartments on the border of Auckland's Upper Central Business District and Grafton, close to Auckland's two largest tertiary institutions, Auckland City Hospital and Starship Children's Health. Close to Auckland City and Newmarket, Waldorf St. Martins offers high quality secure accommodation at competitive rates.
Self-cater in our fully equipped kitchens or dine at one of Auckland's many nearby restaurants and cafes. Nearby are two central Auckland parks, Albert Park with its beautifully manicured gardens and Auckland Domain, home to the Auckland War Memorial Museum and Wintergarden. Easily accessible by car or bus from Waldorf St. Martins are the eclectic suburbs of Newmarket, Ponsonby, Mt. Eden and Kingsland - all popular dining and shopping destinations.
On-site undercover and open parking at NZD$20 per day or NZD$90 per week subject to availability and is not guaranteed. All parking must be booked prior to your arrival. On arrival, first check in at reception where a parking permit will be issued and a key access card issued for access into the car park. Please note that a height restriction of 2.1M exists and no Vans or large vehicles will be able to enter the car park. Permits must be displayed at all times to prevent tow-away.
There is a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY and no noise after 10.00pm. Both policies are strictly enforced. There is a maximum of two extra guests per room between the hours of 8.00am and 10.00pm. Any extra guests or after hours guests must have prior management approval

Unfortunately we couldn't stay at waldorf st martins as on arrival, we could not access the underground secure parking. While our ute was under 1.9 meters as the website warns, it was too long to get round the tight bend. So beware if you have a longer vehicle. We had prepaid our $300 for two nights, and waldorf staff helpfully managed to switch our accomodation for one night at wardorf stadium - however no refund of the difference as we had not given st martins 24 hours notice of cancellation (even though we would have stayed if our vehicle had fit!). A bit disappointing, but the rooms and staff at wardorf stadium were awesome.

Another great stay at waldorf st martins. We have stayed here a number of times now and always find it clean and functional. The staff are always helpful and our kids love staying there. The excellent value for money and the fact that it easily accommodates our family of 5 makes it a rare find in auckland cbd.

While the apartment was fine and in a great location the service was disappointing. We had booked for 2 adults and 2 children and the king sized bed was made up as one bed so we had to separate it and there was not enought linen to do this properly. Also parking was a major drama we had asked for two nights parking and turned up to find we had only had one night booked. We went to reception three times to be told each time no parking for the second night. We then moved our car to another car park and received a call saying there was parking after we had done this. This was frustrating and disappointing. .

Wonderful friendly staff, great clean apartment that's close to central city & food/restaurants. Loved being able to look out over akl from the balcony. Would have been nice to have a queen size bed (rather than king) to allow room for one set of drawers rather than living out of a suitcase. Would definitely stay again based on the room rate we paid.
