Great place to stay and must say the meals are aboustly fantastic . Masterchefs must only be employed . Service was outstanding and for the first time even tipped the staff when we left . The only slightly downside was that the sky tv channels should be all stations not the basic .but we are coming back again next year .

Such a relaxing place to stay with lots of things for kids to do. Lovely meals from restaurant. Staff very friendly & helpful.

Was unable to go the night booked but receptionist was wonderfully understanding & accommodating, allowing us to rebook a later date. Now that says it all... Never know when something might happen & interrupt special plans; knowing wairakei resort will offer options in this competitive world is awesome! can't wait to go!!! .
