Really great stay
Service was great. Was impressed that they rang to make sure we were still coming for that night. Room was lovely, pool outside the door, what more could I want. Had drinks with rellies at outside bar. Catered for her children very nicely. Delicious breakfast in the morning.

A comfortable room, bed and bathroom. A suggested improvement would be the provision of a tabletop surface adjacent to the mirror in the room. This enables the bathroom to be used by one of a couple while the other person is using the mirror in the room for dressing and makeup. We did not use the restaurant so cannot comment on this. Coffee/tea making facility is appreciated but awkward to use as no free tabletop was adjacent to the under-suitcase-storage cupboard which contained the cups, jug etc.

Great location, great service, great hotel. Loved the room - even had comfortable feather pillows!!!. Fantastic staff who even contacted me prior to our visit to double check bed arrangement required for our stay. Definitely stay there again on next visit to nelson....
