Located in the heart of Picton, High Street Living Motel offers a more casual accommodation experience. Paul & Louise encourage their guests to the newly built communal deck that has street frontage so you can enjoy the views of High street. Directly across the road is a restaurant that offers our guests discounts on their meals...breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Local bar is only 8 doors down so no need for a sober driver, let your feet do the walking!!
We have 10 units, 4 Studio's and 6 two bedroom units. All rooms include a microwave, a toaster, a refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities. Each unit has a separate bathroom with hairdryer. Ironing facilities are available upon request.
Each unit has a designated car park which is on level ground so no steep navigating skills required.
Our accommodation is affordable, clean and in one of the best locations in Picton. Units to suit elderly or disabled(no stairs to climb). We also have a wheelchair onsite.
High Street Living Motel is less than 1 minutes walk from Marlborough Sounds, with a playground, fishing charters and a variety of shops. It is only 7 minutes' drive from Picton Airport. Picton Train Station is just a short stroll away as is the Picton Ferry Terminal.
The motel offers free luggage storage and we are happy to fit in with Late arrivals. Early checkin/Late checkout option(fees may apply).
We also have a town car which can be hired for your stay. Please contact us directly to check availability and price.

The motel was very good, quiet, clean and roomy wit all facilities as expected.
Staff very good and helpful, found everything we needed. however, strongly resent the credit card surcharge and so may not use site in future.

Have stayed several times. No hassles with early departure to ferry. Great motel discount with hash foundry across the road. Will not hesitate to stay again.
