The property boasts a myriad of private spaces to enjoy a book, soak in the spa, or dine al fresco. A sun-drenched deck overlooking Port Taranaki and the wild Tasman Sea is the perfect spot for a wine as you watch the sun go down and reflect on a memorable day.

One night is not enough
Do yourself a favour and stay with Jan and Andre while you are in the area. Actually, go out of your way to stay here as they will make you feel so welcome, feed and entertain you and give you so much information on the area that you will need to extend your stay as we did. We loved the Africa room and the rest of their home is amazing (especially the guest bathroom). We felt so lucky to have the place to ourselves but could only imagine that a full house would have a great atmosphere. However, if you don?t feel social there are lots of nooks, including a turret to climb and relax in! Jan and Andre will spoil you and we will be back for more.

Perfect stay on our wedding anniversary weekend away.
Lovely attentive interesting knowledgable hosts. I wanted to take them home and keep them! Stayed in the garden room -very comfortable. Great bathroom. Delicious generous healthy breakfasts and several to choose from. Interesting architecture and beautiful views. Andre and Jan were attentive without being intrusive. Perfect.
