The Villa is a historic townhouse which has been beautifully restored to its former elegance but with a contemporary twist. The Villa has retained its traditional façade while the interior is modern, spacious and has a large private garden and patio.
With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, DVD, Stereo, dishwasher, laundry, woodburner, free airport pickups and FREE wireless internet.
The townhouse is a fantastic home-away-from-home for both business and holiday lets, couples, families or larger groups (sleeps 2-8).

The Villa, at 124 Fitzherbert Street, is ideally located within walking distance of Hokitika's cafes, jade outlets, shopping centre and rugged West Coast beach.
Fitzherbert Street is also close to other local amenities such as the local gym which accepts casual users. And for emergency supplies such as a chilled bottle of wine or the morning newspaper, there is a Four Square minimart just across the road.
The Villa has four bedrooms supplied with all linen and the following bed configuration:
A master bedroom with King Size Bed,
Television and Ensuite shower room
Two bedrooms, both with a King Size bed.
And the fourth bedroom has two Single beds
The second and main bathroom has a large bathtub and a separate shower.
Also provided are shampoo, soap, all linen and a hairdryer.
The living areas are spacious and include a dining room which leads out through French doors to a large enclosed patio with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ.
A separate lounge with woodburner and doors out to the garden and the front verandah.
