The Terraces at Ocean Beach offers superior accommodation only 150m from the beach. We have 22 apartments of 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms that can be rented as 1, 2, or 3-bedroom units.
The bottom floor has a third bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. It also has its own laundry and a single lock-up garage.
We also have a community area with BBQ facilities available for your enjoyment, under a large pohutukawa tree.

Following is feedback posted by visitors to this property:Stayed here for 3 days, we paid good money, i found the place needed a good clean, ceiling fan was so dirty, gosh i went to wash the sand down the shower plug hole was so disgusting. Arriving at the reception i was told don't let the cat out, well it shouldn't have been there after all it is the office, when arrived notice the electric door opener on the steps, certainly not good for little fingers with 3 little girls. Really never seem so many rules, expect a couple. The location was great. Not far from bay fair, straight across from walkway to ocean.

Didn't seem happy we had book through this web site? not very friendly & unit was very hot and stuffy when we arrived so had to leave doors open hence very noisy location with busy road. Good location for beach wave pool & shops. Unit was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful location and well apppointed and clean. Only drawback was that the units weren't serviced each day, so we ran out of tea, coffee and toilet rolls. Didn't have access to downstairs room initially but was opened once we were able to locate a staff member. Well worth staying there, though and would certainly do it again.
