Feedback

Following is feedback posted by visitors to this property:

Good location, room was a bit small, free breakfast offered when our tv remote wouldn't work. .
Rating: 5 - A MIDWINTER, May 2015

Too expensive for what it offers, and also irritatingly pushy (noisy ads in the elevators for exampe), and without grace in little things (free drink voucher at reception isn't honoured by the bar unless you eat there). Definitely won't stay again.

Sorry to say, but this place was way below my expectations, definately not worth the price we paid. 2 bedroom room was probably the smallest i've ever seen, i was surprised that people actually live in these things downstairs! fixtures are old and worn, minibar spartan, bathroom cramped, no sky movie channel (ridiculous old fashioned movie rental menu system instead... But $20.99 for new release? you're kidding?!) we were annoyed that what looked like a king bed was actually just two singles pushed together... Not even joined! the rib running down the middle between the beds was just too uncomfortable for me and my partner. The 'restaurant' looks as though they had some spare room in the foyer and decided to just put some furniture and curtains in to make a bit more money. About the highlight of our stay was the food... This was reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. Because you eat in the foyer it's actually not very private or intimate. I'm staying elsewhere next time.

Reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. Hotel accommodation was good. Wasn't impressed on the food. .

Good service, average room, nothing special. .
