What a wonderful stay we had here! the cottage was immaculate and comfortable and the setting delightful - quiet and peaceful. John and monika are warm and welcoming hosts. The breakfasts were perfect - so much choice! we will definitely choose to stay here when we are back in this area again.

We spent a night at this wonderful cottage very near blenheim (a great base for anything you want to do in the marlborough region) and we were enchanted. It is advertised as a b and b but you get a self-contained cottage to yourselves with the added bonus of sumptuous:breakfast served on the veranda by the lovely hosts john and monika. They could not do enough for us and made us feel so welcome. The view from the cottage is picture perfect with views down a stunning valley and an amazing variety of bird life surrounding you - we heard and saw tuis and bellbirds and doves and pigeons and many more birds from our 'sitting with a wine' position on the veranda. It was a beautiful cosy incredibly quiet location to relax in and yet the marlborough wineries are just ten minutes away. I would recommend this cottage to anyone wanting to be near blenheim and the wineries but have a beautiful view and idyllic setting with the most charming hosts. .
