Following is feedback posted by visitors to this property:Really happy with the house we stayed in. Not to happy with the service. We left a phone charger on the bed side table. When we realised we had left this we phoned straight away and left a message and we would pickup on the way back. A week latter still no reply so phoned again and left a stern voice mail asking where my charger was. They phoned back and said it could not be found. I also emailed and then suddenly it was found. Apparently their cleaners had taken it and not returned it. Very suspicious. Also not happy about being accused of not paying when we booked through travel bug and did pay and then being told off for not booking directly as they would be paid a lesser rate as travel bug would take commission. I have been promised my charger would be couriered back. Apart from the bad service we enjoyed the house. Thanks.

Arosa lodge was super, lovely and clean and plenty of space for all of us. All positive comments about how comfortable the beds were:-) we can definatley recommend it. .
