Tekapo Heights is our Bed and Breakfast home, with 3 rooms avaiable for guests, a superking room - Pegasus- with private bathroom (with a bath) and views over Lake Tekapo,a Queen room - Orion - with ensuits and Lake views, and a superking - Southern Cross - with hill views. All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities and TV. Our home is modern and spacious with great views overlooking Lake Tekapo to be seen from the living and dining areas. Cooked or continental breakfast served in the morning between 7.30 and 8.30. All of this only 5 minutes walk from the Tekapo Village where there are various resturants to choose from and information about the many actvities available in the area. These range from scenic flights around Mt Cook, to walking the many trails in the area or just relaxing and enjoying the views while sitting in the near by hot spa pools. In winter time there are 3 ski fields within a short distance. Some thing for everyone. Join us in the evening for a pre dinner drink between 5.30 and 6.30.
Tekapo Escape is a self contained house next door, with can accommodate 6-7 people. It has 3 bedrooms all with ensuites
a superking, queen and twin beds, there is room for another if necessary. Modern, open plan living and kitchen area which is open to the lounge, looking out through the silding doors to the Lake. All conviences supplied, dishwasher, microwave, gas top stove with electric oven, washing machine and dryer (also outside clothes line)heated by a gas fire and heat pump, hot water on demand. Single garage attached with large cupboard for airing.Five minutes walk down to the Tekapo Village for supplies at the local garage/store or resturants or take aways.
