Will happily return
Comfortable and warm. Handy to town, and less than a half an hour away from Sanctuary Mountain. Met all our needs. Friendly.

Excellent alternative to standard motel accommodation
We spent four very comfortable nights at Nana's Place, which is like a motel but attached to the owners' home so is quiet and private. There is a large living area and fully equipped kitchen, with separate bedroom and modern bathroom. The price is extremely reasonable and the hosts are very friendly and obliging. Highly recommended

Suited very nicely
Very friendly helpful owners. Dated but very clean and perfect for our requirements.

Disappointing
We stayed here 3 years ago and the owners were delightful and friendly. Obviously time has jaded the male part of the equation. First they looked stunned when we turned up, as he had told her we were due the next day. Then he turns the air con on while the doors and windows were open without a word to us that we might need to close them. However, we fell asleep with the doors open and the cheap-arse air con failed. Knocked on the owner's door, got no response. Rang the main landline and found it directed thru to him at work, where he was less than pleased to hear from us. Informed us it was OUR fault the unit had failed and an electrician was required ... even tho he said he also noted as he left for work that our doors were open. Hmm, don't suppose it would have taken a minute to pop over and say 'hey guys, you need to close the doors or our air con will fail. We sweltered for the rest of the night. Not impressed by the customer service at all.
