Tarlton's Lodge has the most spectacular views of the Bay of Islands from your Bed, Deck or Spa Pool on your Deck. All you have to do is draw back your curtains.
All my luxury Bed & Breakfast rooms have their own entrances, decks, spa pools & parking space. Each room is designed & furnished to the highest standard with leather armchairs you can really relax in & enjoy the fabulous views.
Every morning(weather permitting) I will cook you a wonderful breakfast & serve it to you on your own deck. Each day I service your room & replenish your fridge with fresh milk.
After you return from an adventurous day relax in your own spa pool looking out over the Bay of Islands. I have lots of local knowledge about the area & the tours as well.
Tarlton's Lodge is situated just an 8 minute walk or 2 minute drive to the centre of Paihia, close to the amenities & tours but away from the hustle & bustle.

Following is feedback posted by visitors to this property:Well worth staying top end b&b, mike the owner was very hospitable and provided an awesome breakfast both continental and cooked. Good clean room and a spa outside the door with great night views of thw bay at night and a wonderous way to wake up sunny morning over looking the bay, peaceful tranquility and service when you need it. We had a wonderful stay at Tarltons Lodge, Island View . Our room was lovely and clean and nicely furnished. It was wonderful to have breakfast brought to our balcony looking out to sea. We found our hot tub a little too warm and although we turned down the temp it had little effect. The service was brilliant and you will enjoy your stay if you go there. We would have liked a little more privacy but it didn't spoil our stay.

WOW!!! This place is amazing. The accomodation is first class as are the hosts who treated us with the utmost respect. With million dollar views and your privacy assured, you can't go past Tarltons Lodge!!! Thankyou so much guys, we will be back. Dave & Emma.

WOW if you are in the Bay of Islands and do not stay here you are NUTS. Beautiful rooms with view over the bay, we shall never forget laying in bed watching the sunrise, hot tub great for relaxing and a breakfast that will set you up for the day. Your hosts have a good knowledge of the area and will help in any way they can, nothing is to much trouble for them.
