ArtHouse Accommodation by the Sea is located in a old-school retro, grand-old-lady of a home right on the Tauranga harbour front. Offering stunning views of the inner harbour and Mt Maunganui, ArtHouse Accommodation by the Sea is in a premium location for you to enjoy the tranquillity and peace that seaside holidaying brings. ArtHouse Accommodation by the Sea is quirky and beautifully decorated with retro furniture and original artworks on display throughout. Situated a stones throw from the city centre, yet so quiet and peaceful one would think they were miles away from civilization.
ArtHouse Accommodation by the Sea is a boutique-style GUEST HOUSE with a creative, arty and relaxed atmosphere. We are a five minute drive to the city, and have one of Tauranga's most beautiful walkways right on our front doorstep. Kayaks are available for your leisurely paddle on the harbour.
Your host is very friendly and welcoming, and has a great general knowledge of the area and things to do and see.
Facilities do include a lounge and dining area, FREE WIFI internet, an indoor/outdoor area to relax and unwind on the waterfront. Each room has it's own tea + coffee making facilities.

My bf and i had a great night at the house. Love the cats. The room is well decorated and the view and all were just amazing! the host is a lovely lady, by the way. We got great dining advice from her :) next time wish we could try those rooms with bath tub haha!.

A really really nice place to stay at, the house was 'a home away from home' really. Too bad i got a bit hayfever-y from the kauri pollen from the tree outside our window (that's the only thing i could attribute it to). The cats were a highlight, and the killer views weren't too bad either. Would definitely visit again.

A lovely place to stay - a beautiful house with thoughtfully chosen decor and a very welcoming host. We enjoyed our upgrade to the suite and the claw foot bath. Thank you memphis. .

We had the most amazing time staying here. The place was fantastic, we felt right at home and memphis is a fabulous host. We all got on amazingly well and i absolutely recommend staying here at any time. Memphis, you are outstanding :-) .
