awesome experience
Quality of service When waiting to go on the luge i felt one staff member was a bit cold and kind of rude and at the bottom while waiting to come back i found the staff member was also cold and kind of bossy. The luge was awesome, loved every minute of it. I think you should have more signs for warning people on the advanced track about that steep drop. There is a warning in place and i cant remember if there was a slow down sign? I just think that part is quite dangerous especially if you are going too fast. There were times on the track when someone had crashed and some of the mud and part of the track (rubber side) came onto the track. it was not cleared and this should be monitored because it is a danger hazard.
