We had a ground floor unit which had a kitchenette and ensuite. Very basic but clean.

We stayed just after christmas - the unit was spotlessly clean, quiet and kept cool in the very hot weather. The hosts were very welcoming. The location is excellent, a very short walk to the main shopping mall and without any strong sulphur smell.

Very basic, generally met our needs for the two nights, a few ant problems, but otherwise clean and tidy. would I stay there again, yes, unless I had a better offer for the same or lesser price. I felt it was a little highish, price wise for the facilities as some places we have stayed in Rotorua previously, have their own hot natural mineral spas for the same or lesser price.

was dissapointted to know that our booking was not in the book and if I hadn't taken print out of booking god knows what would have happened, I'm pleased that they had a room your us and it was exceptionly clean and nice.
