We had a two night stay on our whistle stop tour of New Zealand. Kate and Brian made us extremely welcome and shared a chat and a glass of wine with us each evening. The room and facilities were really comfortable and breakfast was excellent. They really did go out of their way to ensure that we received the best advice to make use of our time in Rotorua. I would thoroughly recommend a stay at Serendipity.

Home from Home
A lovely warm welcome from our hosts Kate and Brian, who happily shared their home with us for two nights. Both very happily shared their vast knowledge of the area and New Zealand in general. Fabulous views from the house and comfortable accommodation...it was the perfect place to recuperate after an unscheduled hospital stay.

Friendly and helpful
