We always stay at this hotel when we attend events at aotea centre or the auckland town hall. The location is perfect. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable and the staff has always been professional and helpful.

Clean tidy and comfy. Staff friendly and professional. Suggest sofa and chairs due for a refurbish but all good otherwise.
