This is a lovely sunny room with river views, a king bed, watch the amazing sunsets and the moon shining on the river. This is a smaller room, but comfortable

The ensuite is all new and well appointed.
The breakfast is to ?Live For", giving you so many choices on the menu, in the comfort of the dining room, watching the Tui's and Bell-Birds having their breakfast along with wonderful views.

SEAVIEW ROOM AND ENSUITE
This is a large room, with a Big Super King bed, it has lovely views of farm land and the sea in the distance. Watch the amazing sunrises, then drift back to sleep.
A small relaxing lounge, with all facilities, Tea, coffee, Bar fridge with goodies in it, TV and DVD.
The ensuite is all new and well appointed. (Some say, more in it than at home!)
The breakfast is to" Live For", giving you so many choices, which can be eaten in the comfort of the dining room, watching the Tui's and Bell-birds having their breakfast and playing, still with wonderful views.

We bought this property just a few years ago, and spent many many weeks redesigning the house, to give guests their own space, and separate wing.

Everything, was done, with lots of thought ensuring your comfort, and as we have been looking after guests for 23 years, we are sure that you will enjoy all the extra comforts.

Meals would be available in the evening, (only with prior notice) although there are many lovely restaurants and cafes, in Riverton, and the surrounds. We now have a new Restaurant within walking distance, and if the hill is too hard to come home, they will bring you home in the courtesy coach from the new Aparima Restaurant and Bar

Base yourself in RIVERTON, and explore this wonderful untouched area, walk, bike, jog, swim and surf in the sea, visit Stewart Island, go fishing, visit Te Anau for the day, climb the Hump Track, or pop into Invercargill to see the new Richardson Vehicle Museum which is one of the worlds best, visit The fastest Indian Museum, go to our new Stadium or Velodrome It's all here, and it's not too crowded, or expensive, and only 30 minutes away.

On Highway 99 (Southern Scenic Route) or coming from Invercargill, which is only 30 mins away.
From the Riverton village come across the bridge and turn right. After passing the New Aparima Hotel on your left, the next Street on your left is Shrewsbury Street. Come up the hill, past Herbert St, and past the second house on the left, there is a drive-way and down this drive you will find us waiting for you.
If you are coming from TeAnau as you come to the 50K sign, we are the Street on the right with a blue B&B sign
