Plus we have a collection friendly animals around like Chickens & Pigs that share a great little hut down the garden and who could forget Janet our lovely goat. Our organic vegie garden will soon be cranking thanks to the hard work of wooffers from around the world that come to work and stay with us.

The 1920's farmhouse has been lovingly restored and renovated. Specific attention has been paid to restoring the old matai floorboards, and creating an indoor outdoor flow. There is a focus on sustainable furnishings using recycled, restored & sustainable materials, fused together to create a timeless sense of home and relaxation. Each room has been designed with personal touches and features to offer our guests a boutique accommodation experience.

Feedback

Following is feedback posted by visitors to this property:

Dirty - layer of dust on headboards etc. Carpets dirty. No cleaning under beds. Misrepresented - no tv or kettle etc in shed - (tiny). Cant watch tv in main house after 8:30 pm either as locked for house members only. Shower dirty. They also thought we were staying for 2 nights not 1 as booked. Kitchen in main house needs new taps that dont wobble around when trying to fill kettle that leaked everywhere. Drawer front pulled right off when trying to find spoons etc. My mum is 77 and would not have gone there if the advertising was not totally misleading! very unhappy - left before breakfast. Had to wait to even go in and get boiling water for coffee before we hit the road.
