Above all clean rooms (inc. Washroom). All in all we liked our stay @ quest-napier and would prefer to stay there the next time we are in napier.

We've stayed at quest several times for napier getaways and have always found it spotlessly clean, comfortable, and great value for money. We'd highly recommend it over a number of napier hotels. Thanks quest, we'll see you again soon.

Would definitely use again. Good location for strolling the art deco features, the basement secure parking was a good investment, lots of eateries within reach, supermarket only 5 mins away. Reception pm and am both very helpful and pleasant. Room clean, well appointed, and airy.
