Quest Atrium is a Hotel of Serviced Apartments, offering a mixture of Studio apartments, 1bedroom and 2bedroom suites, and 3bedroom penthouses. Weekend and Public Holiday hours are 9am to 5pm. Normal hours are 7am to 9pm.
An apartment suite includes, Fully equipped kitchen, on-suite, washer and dryer combo, Igloo TV and DVD players in all apartments. What's more, the entire building is wired up with wireless internet facility which is available @ hourly, daily and weekly rates.

Following is feedback posted by visitors to this property:Apartment was clean,service was good, they provide plunger coffee but could not find a plunger anywhere, also provide sky magazine but we could not get any sky programmes. No information regarding how to get tv channels in hotel folder. Booked here because they advertise restaurant but when we got there found out we had to go to another hotel for dining. Sorry but cannot comment on my stay other than to say that the reception desk in this place is all but impossible to talk to over the telephone. Seven times I called their number and seven times I had a recorded message - and I dont do them at all. As it tuned out we could not get to Wellington on the appointed dates because of a vehicle breakdown so I gave up trying a cancellation/deferral and took the loss on the chin. Answer your phone folks - customers actually want to have a conversation and elicit information and responses.

The room was tidy and clean. However it is an apartment and the dishwasher was still full of dishes. Travel bug does not tell you it costs $20.00 to park in the Atrium car park and the people behind the counter won't tell you on arrival so beware. I was told when checking out to pay $20.00 for the parking, I wasn't charged after they viewed nothing mentioned on Travel Bug. Otherwise the stay was ok.

Rooms on Motorway side are hot because they get the afternoon sun and there is no air-con. You can't leave window open because of the constant traffic noise. We were moved to a room on The Terrace side which was OK.
