Making wine personal? join Queenstown's original wine tour for wine tasting and sightseeing in New Zealand's premier wine regions - Queenstown and Central Otago.

The Queenstown Wine Trail offers a fun, personalised and friendly sightseeing wine tour of vineyards and wineries in New Zealand's premier wine regions ? Queenstown and Central Otago.

Ranging from daily wine tours and wine combination tours to highly personalised private wine tours, we offer a variety of options for you to choose from.

We are Queenstown's original wine tour, so when you join one of our wine tours you will get years of unrivalled wine experience.

Our wine tours are small and personal and we keep travelling time to a minimum. That means you have time to taste a variety of wines, sample local cheeses, enjoy a winery lunch and experience spectacular scenery while relaxing at award winning wineries.

Whether your palate is well developed or simply enthusiastic, as long as you love wine the Queenstown Wine Trail will delight.

Our tours explore the fast growing wine areas from Queenstown to Gibbston Valley, and selected Central Otago wineries around Bannockburn and Cromwell. With new wineries appearing every year, we have a selection of vineyards available to visit. Tell us what type of wine you like and allow us to structure the tour or choose the wineries you like to visit and if possible we will include these in the tour.

In the Queenstown region, the wineries we may visit include Gibbston Valley Winery, Amisfield Cellars at Lake Hayes, Peregrine Winery, Waitiri Creek Wines, Chard Farm, Brennan Wines, Mt Rosa and Winehouse & Kitchen.

Travelling further into the Central Otago region on our Private Bannockburn Tour, wineries we may visit include Carrick, Mt Difficulty, Akarua, Olssens, Wooing Tree, Aurum, Rockburn, Central Otago Wine Company, Northburn Station, Bald Hills & Felton Road to just name a few.

Gibbston Valley Wines released the region's first commercial wine vintage in 1987. Since then the region and its several vineyards have become famous for producing premium wines, particularly pinot noir.

The Central Otago wine region has become especially well-known for its award winning Pinot Noir. Other locally produced varieties include Riesling, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Methode Traditional.
