We booked a summer special which was great for us. Good room in a quiet section and a great breakfast thrown in. The only downside was that once we had booked this "deal" we found that it had changed and that it was going to be only a standard room with no breakfast included. Both the Hotel and Travelbug blamed each other for the incorrect / out of date advertising of the "deal". To their credit the Hotel honoured everything that was originally stated under the "deal". WELL DONE!! The Travelbug representative seemed to be completely disinterested and it does not give me any confidence in their site.

Clean and modern. Almost too sterile/harsh and dorm like in size but overall an excellent experience. We took up the $99 a night deal which was well worth it. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice Reception staff, but the premium room booked was a little tried looking and musty. The Restaurant staff gets a big Thumbs Down for poor attitude and service. Road noise wasn?t too bad and the hotel is located conveniently if staying in West Auckland for a short period.
