Great bathroom and furnishings, nice view of the lake. Would have been great if there were on-site spa/sauna facilities available outside of the local hot pool hours. Reception was extremely busy at several points in the morning.

Fantastic in all respects - the reception was speedy pleasant and good knowledge of the area. The cleaning crew near our room offered to help with the luggage. The room was awesome with unbelievable views (believe me!!) the room was great - nice décor, excellent facilities and clean. The night meal was perfect with great atmosphere - the waiting staff excellent and they even prioritised our meal as we had to depart early for mt john observatory. The grounds were clean and environmentally appealing. An outstanding hotel a+ highly recommended and will be back again - thanks heaps.
