The Pepper Tree Cottage is a fully self contained B&B, in a beautiful garden setting. With off street parking.
This spacious studio bedroom/lounge, has it's own separate toilet/shower and fully equipped kitchenette.
Your fridge will be stocked with fresh local produce of Hawke's Bay to accompany your Continental Breakfast.
The Cottage sleeps up to 3 Adults, or 2 Adults and 1 child comfortably (1 Queen bed and 1 King Single bed).
Centrally Situated close to Town, Parks, Showgrounds, Farmers Market, and Wineries.
The lovely Cornwall Park is situated just across the road and ideal for exercise, morning walk or evening stroll. Havelock North 10 minutes drive and Napier 20 minutes away (including the Airport).

Ken and Roberta showed us into their lovely B & B Pepper Tree Cottage and we were delighted. We spent 2 lovely nights there and were very comfortable. Our hosts had lots of local information to help us out and they went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our time in the area, The cottage was warm and cosy. The breakfast supplies were ample - we especially enjoyed the Manuka honey! Thanks for the lovely chats in the garden and for helping us in so many ways,

Lovely Hawkes Bay experience
Peppertree Cottage was very comfortable and well appointed. The hosts were most pleasant and helpful.
