Timaru's Parklands Motor Lodge has 14 ground floor, modern, fully self-contained apartments in a park-like setting, superbly situated close to the city centre and handy to everything.
Our Motel sits on an elevated and sunny site in Timaru, adjacent to the picturesque Ashbury Park, which borders the sea and Caroline Bay picnic and amusement area. All units have views either to the Mountains and/or over the Park next door.
Just a short stroll away are 11 restaurants and takeaway food outlets, including McDonalds and KFC, and a shopping mall with a variety of shops and a supermarket.
Parklands Motor Lodge is on State Highway 1, & is the second motel when traveling into Timaru from the north, just past KFC and McDonalds. From the south we are just past White street, before Ashbury shopping area and opposite Ashbury Avenue.

Following is feedback posted by visitors to this property:Clean and well maintained unit with good access and parking. Unit servicing was efficient and well done. One problem is the proximity to the main road means lots of traffic noise, but that is the same for all the motels along that road.
