Pacific View with its magnificent 180 degree views is your number one Bed and Breakfast choice on the Coromandel Peninsula. Within this lovely boutique B&B guests have a choice of three luxuriously appointed rooms accessed by an elevator. The Pacific King room with super sized bed, ensuite bathroom and own wrap around balcony - with all the views from the top level of the house. The Pacific Queen Room is located on the middle level and has a private (external) bathroom adjoining. It has access to the middle level balconies gaining access through the lounge or dining room. The Coromandel Room was created for the 2012 season and has a queen size bed and sumptuous furnishings including gorgeous candelabra lights with Swarovski crystals dazzling you as you enter the room. It is beautifully furnished and includes a coffee table and chairs positioned in front of the picture sliding windows so that guests can soak up the views of Whangamata.
BUT, Pacific View B&B is more than just the magical views.
Breakfasts are a celebration and are included in the tariff. Options include delicious New Zealand fresh seasonal fruits, Kathryn's homemade Macadamia Gold Muesli and as well as a traditional full English breakfast there are also daily specials to choose from such as Pancakes, creamy scrambled eggs with chives - the choice is yours.
The beds are made with beautiful quality linen and you will find garden fresh flowers, home-made biscuits, fresh ground coffee, bottled water, fine teas and a carafe of complimentary port as well as a selection of New Zealand beer and wines available to purchase in your Mini Bar fridge. As soon as you checkin you'll immediately feel at home ? there's a cup of tea or a glass of beer or wine awaiting your arrival.
Whangamata is New Zealand's most popular holiday destination with a wonderful choice of activities where you are able to enjoy the spectacular scenery from misty rainforests to the pristine golden beaches. Pacific View is your perfect base for exploring the entire Peninsula with Cathedral Cove and Hot Water Beach being an easy drive away. Make sure you book at least 2 or 3 days at Pacific View and use it as your base to explore the rest of our beautiful Coromandel Peninsula.

Every little detail had been thought of! We didn't have great weather but Kathryn and Peter's local knowledge pointed us in the right direction so we still had lots to see and do!! A great stay, fabulous accommodation and great views. The hospitality was faultless and the breakfasts were of the highest quality. Would certainly stay there again.
