Feedback

Following is feedback posted by visitors to this property:

Clean and tidy. Bit disappointed there was no microwave in studio, especially for a longer stay. The family unit allocated to daughter and family did not have a separate bedroom despite being listed as such. Made it hard getting children to sleep in same room as lounge and parents sleeping. All staff friendly and helpful.

2 treat me nights stay with family. Unit was clean, comfortable and easy to heat as was very wintry at night. Would gladly stay again.

We had two treat me nights at oakwood manor. The first night we were in unit 124 which was very noisy. Think there are fans or something in roof next door. Next time we were offered the same unit but requested a different one. Ended up with 133 which was okay but tricky to enter because of stairs etc. My husband is blind and nearly fell back down the stairs when going out for dinner. The receptionist must have known of his disability and should have tried to put us in a unit that was more accessible. Were we put in these units because we were paying a cheaper room rate? will not be going there again.
