Had a wonderful stay at the Oaks Club Resort. The room was very clean and had an amazing view. We also noticed how quiet it was. Would highly recommend.

Our first room (a single bedroom apartment) had a problem with the tap in the bathroom. As this was the only cold water supply we advised reception who stated that the handyman had already refused to attend an earlier problem and that they would not be able to attend to our problem. We asked for another room. The second room was only a studio unit and had a much poorer view of the lake etc. we were not offered any price reduction but were assured that they wouldn't charge us any more!!! At 1.30am the phone rang. I answered it and received a recorded message for someone else!! My partner was awake for the next several hours! They didn't have any explanation for all that. The hotel appears quite new and I don't think they have got things sorted yet. Don't think I would bother with them again.

Really liked the layout of our 2 bedroom/2 ensuite unit - but cavity slider doors in bathrooms and smart doors in kitchen cupboards would have completed the great design. No extractor fans in loos was a worry....Otherwise an awesome view, handily located but away from noise of downtown and very comfy!! Would certainly book again.

Huge rooms, huge views, excellent locality and services, but at a price which is to be expected, would stay again, and highly recommended to others.

Stayed there for two nights. Great view , happy with accommodation. Only one thing- no window in one bedroom! but has separate en suite! Would stay again! Recommend to others.
