Our Bed & Breakfast is located in Claudelands residential area yet only a few minutes walk to both the central city and Waikato Stadium.

CENTRAL LOCATION - an easy 15 minutes walk to town, Claudelands Events Centre (Netball, Basketball, Conferences etc,) Waikato Stadium (Rugby/Football) and Seddon Park (Cricket)

IDEAL FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN - can sleep up to 3 people.

Oakley Avenue Bed & Breakfast is located in an historic Hamilton home built in 1922. The house is set up high on a hill well off the road and is safe and quiet.

It has been renovated in keeping with the era and is fully insulated with heating.

Your bedroom is on the ground floor and is a very large room with one queen size bed and one single bed. You have your own use of a bathroom/shower on same level. The kitchen, living room and family room are all on this level with the family bedrooms & bathroom all located up stairs.

There is an office attached to the bedroom which has a comfortable double recliner couch and XBOX machine

There is a formal lounge with open fire.

Off road parking is available.

Breakfast is as arranged when booking and is usually a continental style breakfast on school days with the option of a cooked breakfast on weekends.

We are a family of 4 and so we keep a routine during the school term

We have wireless broadband available if required at no additional charge (assuming the kids have not used our monthly allowance !)
