Following is feedback posted by visitors to this property:Great location, very boutique and luxe feel to the place. Classic room is cosy and feels opulent rather than a sanitised hotel room. Late night dining options could be better - they only offer microwaveable meals. Highly rated although pity they are not part of a loyalty programme of some sort.

Sadly our experience was not as we expected. The restaurant was full on our arrival and with no knowledge of wtgn we, found the staff unhelpful in guiding us elsewhere. The room was in bad need of an update, paying an upmarket tariff for a cracked hand basin etc i felt disappointed having booked for an anniversary surprise.
