Feedback

Following is feedback posted by visitors to this property:

A hotel with no bar or restuarant! apart from that the room was clean and comfortable.
Rating: 5 - OLLIE TOLENAARS, Nov 2013

The room was clean and tidy. It was a low noise location. The lift needs a bit of an upgrade.

Shower in my room on the 2nd floor was shabby to be kind, whole place looked run down & even the lift was broken, and to start with they expected an old, large man to walk up four flights of stairs to the fourth floor at the end of a long day, wasn't happening, they did find me one on the 2nd floor after i threatened to walk out, but not worth the money, much better hotels around. Won't be going back there & cannot recommend it at all.

Location was handy but unfortuneately my friend and i were sent to a double room when we asked for a twin. Quite a drama to get it corrected to a double with an empty box of tissues and two dead lightbulbs. Temperature of the room was too hot and no way to cool. Clean and comfortable beds.

Good location. Clean and tidy room. We had group with 3 rooms. Staff missed 2 wakeup calls but managed 1. Shower not working in one of the rooms apart from that good value.
