We are 3.5km south of the town centre, 5 minutes walk from beach, close to restaurants.

Friendly and comfortable albeit property a bit tired.
Lovely place to stay and as always in NZ our hosts were very welcoming and friendly and made us welcome in their lovely home with views over the sea.
